Points to Remember

The users should note the following while working offline:

• The maximum capacity to save offline records is 50 for each module.
• The retention period of an offline record is seven days, after which the record is removed from the offline view.
• The automatic synchronization of offline data happens every six hours if enabled.
• The offline data will be lost if signed out of the application before synchronization.
• The retention period of sync logs depicting the success and failure of offline data synchronization is three days.
