Offline capability in Facilio’s Workstation mobile app enables field technicians to continue their work seamlessly, even in areas with poor or no network connectivity. With this capability, technicians can access, update, and close work orders or inspections without hindering their work schedules. Once the device reconnects, all updates are automatically synchronized with the Facilio platform, ensuring no data loss or duplication.

This feature helps maintain uninterrupted operations and is particularly valuable for field teams working in remote or connectivity-challenged environments such as basements, large campuses, or remote industrial sites. Offline capability is available for Work Order and Inspection modules.
