Other Functionalities

There are certain functionalities and icons associated with this section that facilitate various other activities over the configured pivot table.

They are,

Icon	Action/Description
	To edit the details associated with the pivot table
	To delete a pivot table permanently from the configured list of tables
	To view more available options
	To create an exact copy of the selected pivot table
	To move the pivot table to another folder
	To export a pivot table into CSV and Excel file formats as preferred
	To automatically trigger an email to the selected recipient(s) with the updated report on the scheduled date and time in scheduled frequency. Read the Scheduled Reports section for more information
	To manually extract the report and send an email to the selected recipient(s). Read the Sending Email section in the Basic Features and Functionalities feature for more information.
	To recreate an existing pivot table and organize it into another application. Note: You can change the pivot report name and select the preferred application from the drop-down list.
