Overview
The Email Settings module of the application allows you to configure the support email to which the users can draft an email in case of an issue or need of any assistance. Once the configuration is complete, upon the receipt of an email, the application triggers a request to the selected module as configured. It is to be noted that, the corresponding workflow will apply to the request, and the respective personnel will track it towards completion. For example, in the case of a work order, the reactive maintenance workflow will apply to the ticket, and the assigned vendor agent will take up the service. Further, the service personnel can send updates on the progress to the users through the application from the same support email for better identification.
Moreover, this module also allows you to configure the email address from which the application can trigger notifications to the users on the instance of configured actions. Read the Configuring Notifications section for more information.
