Global vs User Scoping

User scoping is a subfilter applied to globally scoped data. In detail, global scoping defines which set of data are accessible for the selected group of application users, wherein user scoping controls what data the application should display to a selected user in the accessible section. For instance, through global scoping, you can configure the application to display only the vendor-specific data to its employees and restrict the other vendors' data. On applying user scoping, you can filter and display only the data specific to an employee based on his expertise or the department to which he belongs.
