Downloading Metadata

To begin with the SAML configuration, download the metadata from Facilio, using which the application can be added to the list of service providers authenticated through SAML. To download the metadata file, click Download Metadata in the single sign-on setup screen.

An XML file (facilio_metadata.xml) is downloaded that contains the Service Provider(SP) Entity ID and Assertion Consumer Service(ACS) URL.

Note: These details must be added to the IdP, for the application to be authenticated using the SSO credentials.
