Introduction

Security policy of an organization is the process of defining data protection norms in terms of strong password and other authentication services.

The major focus of the Security Policy module in Facilio is to establish a standard for the creation and maintenance of the application password. In general, a password’s strength increases with its complexity. This module allows you to define the basic attributes of a password like password length, characters used and frequency of change, which in turn will assist you in creating a strong password.

Also, considering the sensitivity of the data used across the application, the security is augmented with further data protection measures such as Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and web session control settings.
