API Setup

API setup, in general, is the mechanism of building an interface that enables the communication between two or more applications integrated for business purposes. The API setup in Facilio deals with managing the permissions for users responsible for Facilio’s API integrations. This module allows you to choose the participants of the developer space controlling their scope of integration. We can create and maintain individual roles to split the access among the developers based on their expertise and accountable modules.

By default, the application assigns the Developer role to the Super administrator of the particular organization. Only the super administrator can add the first developer for the organization. Later, the super administrator and user(s) with developer rights can assign the Developer role to other users in the organization.
