Taking Survey

Taking surveys is a reliable means for passing on the original feedback to the concerned people who are creditable or willing to address concerns. At the instance of the configured action under specified condition(s), the application triggers the survey to the particular user(s). The survey appears as a toast notification on the work order SUMMARY screen prompting the user to answer it, as shown below.

You can click on Take Survey in the notification and submit your feedback.

Note: If in case a survey is not responded or is incomplete within the configured duration, it expires and is unavailable for the user to answer.

Retaking Survey

In case you change your mind regarding the registered feedback or like to modify the incorrectly recorded responses you can retake a survey, provided the necessary permissions were configured.
