Overview

Notifications are alerts generated by the application. The Notifications module of the application allows you to set alerts to be triggered for selected users or user groups at the instance of action under certain conditions. You can configure different forms of notifications concerning user requirements. For example, you can configure the application to notify the respective stakeholders with emails, text messages, or push notifications whenever a user creates or closes a work order, raises a purchase request, and so on. Also, you can configure notifications based on a particular field value, thresholds, and other metrics.
