Configuring Notifications

A notification is a machine-to-person communication to alert the users on critical activities and time-sensitive updates. It is generally a short message displayed or sent to the user that is accessed outside of the application's UI. With notifications, you can make multiple actions trigger automatically once defined criteria are met. Upon getting timely updates at crucial stages of an activity, you can instantly plan and perform further actions and close the task as quickly as possible. Ultimately, receiving instant notifications can help you function better and stay on top of your business.

Overview

Notifications are alerts generated by the application. The Notifications module of the application allows you to set alerts to be triggered for selected users or user groups at the instance of an action under certain conditions.

Managing Notifications

The Notifications module of the application allows you to create and manage notifications for various modules. You can configure details, such as the action and condition on which the alert must trigger and the type of notification required, as a part of the notification creation process.

Viewing the Notifications

The application allows you to access all the notifications triggered out of various modules from the main menu.
